What you will be doing.
- Talking to clients and helping them understand the next stages of the procedure.
- Checking documents submitted by clients.
- Updating case statuses in the Staytus OS system.
- Informing clients about missing documents and the next steps of the procedure.
- Cooperating with the team in preparing applications.
- Helping clients go through the entire process calmly and without chaos.
Who we are looking for.
- Is fluent in Ukrainian / Russian (spoken and written) – this is key in contacting our clients.
- Is empathetic and can communicate with people in a calm manner.
- Stands out with high personal culture and a sense of responsibility.
- Works accurately and meticulously with documents.
- Knows the Polish language at a communicative level.
- Is comfortable using computers and online systems.
- Wants to learn and develop in a stable office environment.
